Material Handler

Title : Material Handler Location : Wilmington, MA Pay Rate : $22 / hr.- $24hr. DOE Schedule : 7 : 55am-5 : 00pm Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations for a growing company in the manufacturing and distribution sector. In this role, you will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This position is a key part of ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments for accuracy and damage Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using inventory and shipping systems Ensure correct labeling and packaging of products for delivery Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and cycle counting Operate material handling equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and stockroom areas Support continuous improvement and lean warehouse initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications Education : High school diploma or GED required Experience : 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is a plus Skills : Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry) Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods FootBridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
