Recruiter Position

Robert Half is partnering with a respected financial services company specializing in mortgage lending that is seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join their growing team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely and includes performance-based bonus opportunities tied to recruiting metrics and hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across sales, operations, and corporate departments within the financial services and mortgage industry.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, create sourcing strategies, and guide them through the hiring process.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate quality.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay informed about financial industry hiring trends and competitive market data to refine recruitment strategies.
