_ What You Bring _

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of irrigation installation and maintenance supervisory experience who excels in leadership, organization, and outdoor operations.

Leadership Abilities : Experience managing crews with clear direction and accountability.

Operational Expertise : Understanding of materials management, safety protocols, and equipment coordination.

Communication Skills : Ability to connect with team members, management, and clients effectively.

Problem-Solving Mindset : Confidence and creativity to adapt to challenges and deliver solutions.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical tasks.

Valid driver's license that is insurable.

Irrigation Backflow Tester Certification is preferred.

Leadership : Supervise and coordinate daily work within the irrigation department.

Training : Train team members on proper irrigation installation and repair techniques.

Provide In Field Leadership : Work hands-on with the team to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.

Upholding Safety : Enforce safety standards and best practices on every job site.

Representing the Company : Interact with clients professionally, upholding our commitment to excellence.
