We are looking for a Director of Operations to join our Leadership Team. Roles and Responsibilities include :

• Working with the Leadership Team to develop and implement the companys strategic plan, ensuring that operational plans and initiatives are aligned with overall goals.
• Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and internal controls that ensure the smooth running of the business.
• Managing and optimizing the companys resources, including Client Services, Business Development, Talent Acquisition / Staffing, and technology, to ensure that they are effective and efficient.
• Building and leading a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture.
• Analyzing and evaluating operational data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Positioning the company to achieve financial goals through active client delivery and business development activities while employing sound financial management practices.
• Ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Mentoring directors and senior staff members and establishing connections between performance success and rewards.
• Achieving goals each year for fiscal revenue, retention, and new growth.

Demonstrated Experience includes :

Applicants must hold and maintain an active security clearance; therefore, US Citizenship is required, and TS / SCI candidates are preferred.
