Workday Reporting Analyst

A company is looking for a Workday Reporting Analyst to join the HR Technology Solutions and Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, create, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and alerts

Ensure data accuracy through testing and validation

Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on reporting needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Workday reports and dashboards

Familiarity with testing, validation, and auditing

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive data
