Job descriptionA friendly, reliable person who genuinely enjoys helping others A great communicator—especially on the phone Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with learning about HVAC services and educating customers (we’ll train you!) Tech-savvy enough to work with scheduling systems, email, and basic office tools A team player who values being part of something bigger Promote and uphold Nytech’s core values in every interaction Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with professionalism and care Get familiar with our products and services to answer common questions confidently Accurately take and relay messages when needed Help maintain and manage our ESA (Energy Savings Agreement) programs Make “happy calls” to check in with clients after service Bring attention to any significant client concerns that need manager involvement Be a positive ambassador for the Nytech brand Pitch in with additional duties as needed Compensation : Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Health Insurance : We cover nearly 100% of your premiums and 50% for your family Retirement Plan : 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off : Generous PTO + paid holidays Bonuses & Incentives based on performance Life Insurance , Short-Term , and Long-Term Disability Continuous training and professional development opportunities A supportive, close-knit, and value-driven work culture
