Job Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator will support Talent Acquisition and HR operations, ensuring a smooth candidate and onboarding experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for a new graduate or someone early in their HR / recruiting career. You will work onsite in the Southlake HQ and partner closely with the VP of HR.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate logistics, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment and onboarding documents.
- Post jobs, track applicants, and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with new hire onboarding and HR processes.
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow.
Requirements
Required :
Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Communications, or related field).Up to 1 year of experience (internship, recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or related admin role).Strong communication skills — written and verbal.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with a sense of urgency.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Preferred :
Experience using ATS or HRIS systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.What We Offer
