📍 Southlake, TX (100% Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST)

💲 $65,000–$70,000 + Bonus + Fully Paid Employee Health Insurance

Job Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator will support Talent Acquisition and HR operations, ensuring a smooth candidate and onboarding experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for a new graduate or someone early in their HR / recruiting career. You will work onsite in the Southlake HQ and partner closely with the VP of HR.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate logistics, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment and onboarding documents.
• Post jobs, track applicants, and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with new hire onboarding and HR processes.
• Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow.
