TurboTax is opening new retail stores , and we’re looking for seasonal high-touch sales and customer service professionals who excel at greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs quickly, and guiding them toward the right solution. This role mirrors the work you’ve done from luxury retail to showroom sales , where success comes from connection, trust, and confident recommendations.

Create a welcoming, professional first impression for every customer using polished customer service and customer experience skills.Build instant rapport and uncover each customer’s concerns or goals through strong communication and active listening.Use consultative sales skills to guide customers to the best TurboTax solution.Support customers through their decision-making process and connect them to a tax expert when needed, drawing on your background in service-oriented roles.Follow up with interested customers to help them complete their journey, using the same follow-through expected in high-volume customer-facing environments.Share feedback to improve the launch of this new retail experience.Qualifications :
Prior sales experience in luxury retail , electronics, fashion, hospitality , or strong customer service environments.Proficient in English (spoken and written).3+ years in customer-facing roles where you guided decisions or solved customer needs.Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.High school diploma or GED.What You Bring :
