Our client, a leader in the construction industry specializing in commercial and residential projects, is seeking a dedicated Production Laborer to join their team. As a Production Laborer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production team to ensure high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Production Laborer

Will be required to pass a bkg, drug, test.  The ability to wear gloves, Steel toes, and safety glasses and hearing protection No cell phones on production floor

Location : Perryville, MO

Pay Range : $16 / hour

Shift : First 6am-230pm

What's the Job?

• Start up and stop equipment / machinery to facilitate production processes
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies efficiently
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing, ensuring accuracy
• Ensure conformance to product and process specifications through inspection
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

Ability to pass a tape measure test.  This is a Team environment.  Previous Construction, Truss or Carpentry experience a plus.  Previous experience with Nail gun, staple gun and tape measure
