A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Answer and document daily telephone calls from members, providers, and other stakeholders
Collect information from members / providers and verify authorization, claims, and eligibility
Assist with member outreach communications and resolve walk-in member concerns
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working in customer service
One year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
