A company is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound / outbound telephone support to customers and agents, addressing inquiries and processing requests
Maintain department service level agreements by processing transactions and servicing customer requests promptly
Perform additional tasks as requested by management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively
Ability to retain information relevant to customer inquiries
Experience in customer service preferred
