Preferred : Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience. Experience :

Required : Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role. Skills :

• Provide leadership and oversight to the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services and solutions.
• Manage and optimize staff resourcing to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
