California Licensed Sales Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Sales / Territory Manager for the Southern California territory, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual meetings and maintain telephone contact with agents to achieve sales objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to meet financial objectives in the assigned territory

Create and execute actionable Agency Sales Plans to drive growth, retention, and profit

Qualifications

5+ years of P&C Small Commercial sales and marketing experience

Proven outstanding sales performance and a strong desire to win

Experience with agency training and knowledge of industry practices

Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SalesForce, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
