Salesforce Admin / Developer (Onsite Columbus)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Senior Administrator / Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be a certified professional with a strong background in Salesforce development, administration, and best practices. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving critical issues within our existing Salesforce application, as well as establishing and enforcing development and deployment standards to ensure the long-term health and scalability of our Salesforce environment. This role will also be responsible for mentoring our current Salesforce developer and guiding them to follow established standards.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the subject matter expert for our Salesforce application, providing advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Salesforce application to identify root causes of existing issues and recommend solutions.
• Establish and document clear, comprehensive development and deployment standards, including but not limited to :

Code review and quality assurance guidelines.
