Web Developer
plays a crucial role in enhancing our online presence through impactful visual storytelling, ensuring that our mission is effectively communicated to supporters and the broader community. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong technical aptitude for web development and design, with some experience in multimedia content creation, including video, sound, and motion graphics.

Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.
Compensation :
Full-time, Salaried / Exempt; Commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain CCV's website using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and XHTML, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.Collaborate with the Communications and Visual Communications Directors to produce high-quality web and multimedia content that aligns with the organization's messaging and branding.Create responsive and interactive web elements to support multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, graphics, and photography.Ensure that website design and multimedia content are consistent with CCV's brand identity and support organizational goals.Optimize website performance, including SEO best practices, load times, and accessibility standards.Work closely with internal teams, including the Christian Business Partnership, Ohio Christian Education Network, and Church Ambassador Network, to support web-based and multimedia initiatives.Stay current with design trends, web technologies, multimedia tools, and best practices to enhance the website's functionality and user experience.Skills in multimedia assets using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and audio editing software are a plus.Job Qualifications & Requirements
Skills and Experience
Proven experience (3-5 years) in web development with a strong design and multimedia focus.Proficient in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and XHTML.Experience with multimedia software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and audio editing tools.Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of quality.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Character and Spiritual
Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.Agreement with and adherence to CCV's Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.Demonstrated commitment to CCV's mission and position on Core Issues.Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences.Maintain a high level of professionalism focused on client / constituent relationships.
