About the Role:
Alamo Hills Advanced Aesthetics & Laser is looking for a polished and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our thriving aesthetic practice in Simi Valley, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the fast-growing beauty and wellness industry where every day you'll help clients look and feel their best.



Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients/clients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office supply management

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (medical or aesthetic setting preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, MS Office, or similar tools
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly, and client-focused attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
