To support rapid growth in provider licensing, the full-time Multi-State Licensing Specialist will manage the renewal and application processes for provider licenses across multiple states, ensuring compliance and timely submissions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Track expiration dates and submit renewal applications ahead of deadlines to maintain a zero lapse record Manage the full application process for new state licenses, including gathering necessary documentation and following up with state boards Serve as the primary contact with the licensing vendor and state regulatory boards to resolve issues and ensure compliance Required qualifications 3+ years of experience managing multi-state licensing/credentialing with a track record of maintaining 50+ active licenses 2+ years of experience managing an external vendor relationship with accountability for deliverables 2+ years of direct correspondence with state regulatory/licensing boards across at least 5 states Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements without oversight Knowledge of state nursing boards and their individual licensing requirements
