Job description
Process Engineer | Holt, MI Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency? We are collaborating with leading companies in Holt seeking experienced Process Engineers to drive results. The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled Process Engineers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Analyze process data to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive improvements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in process design, simulation, and optimization software (e.g., AutoCAD P&ID, SolidWorks, Aspen Hysys). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
