We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Associate Software Developer Analyst to join a dynamic team. This is an exceptional contract-to-hire opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience with modern full-stack development, cloud technologies, and data visualization while contributing to mission-critical business applications. You will work on-site at a state-of-the-art campus in Juno Beach, Florida, collaborating with experienced developers and analysts to design, develop, and integrate software solutions that drive operational efficiency and business insight. Key Responsibilities Participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile/Scrum framework. Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and web pages. Develop and refine interactive Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports for data-driven decision-making. Build and maintain API integrations and workflow automations to connect disparate systems. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support cloud development initiatives on AWS and contribute to DevOps practices. Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing applications and systems. Ensure development practices adhere to security, compliance (SOX), and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications & Skills Technical Proficiencies: Python Java .NET SQL Power BI AWS API Integration CI/CD Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 0-5 years of professional software development experience (internships and academic projects count). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Understanding of microservices architecture, ERP integration concepts, and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
