Summary

The Vendor Management Specialist plays a critical role in the effective management and execution of key operational functions of our RCM (revenue cycle) team. This position provides support and oversees project implementation for a large global operations team. This role analyzes and reports on project health, engages stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes, provides comprehensive vendor management and assists in strategic position control and capacity planning to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong ability to manage complex projects and relationships across multiple project teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee new project implementation for global team members within Ovation RCM. Provide ongoing management support for 150+ global team members across multiple operational teams. Analyze and report on project health, key deliverables, and potential risks with the global team. Proactively engage key stakeholders to communicate project status, address roadblocks, and collaboratively seek corrective action when necessary to ensure teams consistently meet established production and quality standards. Manage relationships with several vendors, including contract management, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and facilitating renewals or amendments as needed. Oversee invoice verification and timely payment for multiple vendor partners. Assist in strategically managing position control and capacity planning to align with annual initiative goals and ensure appropriate workforce allocation across Amplify operational teams.

Work Experience, Education, and Certifications

Bachelor's Degree in business management, finance, international business or related field required. 2-3 years experience is required. Revenue cycle experience and analytics experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven project management and experience managing and/or collaborating in multi-functional teams. Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and systems. Strong leadership skills with confident verbal and written communication. Ability to tactfully drive sense of urgency with operational teams when project risks arise. Effective organizational skills to successfully manage multiple projects and timelines at one time.
