We pride ourselves on building a team of individuals that can exhibit the five Core Values presented in our mission statement: Professional Accountable Integrity Quality Innovative Automotive Technician Responsibilities: PCA Technicians complete thorough automotive digital vehicle inspections on every vehicle prior to performing any repairs and maintenance PCA technicians perform repairs such as brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, electrical issues and all manners of automotive engine and transmission repairs. Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and translate findings to Service Advisor Always maintain a clean, safe work area! Must haves: Possess a valid Driver’s License Can pass a Drug Screen 1-year of Automotive Repair experience Technician Requirements: Manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects, and the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures. Hard worker, someone who works diligently to get tasks done and demonstrates personal characteristics, such as responsibility, dependability, communication, and teamwork.
