As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring automotive maintenance or repairs. You will listen to customers concerns, understand vehicle issues, and coordinate service appointments. Your goal is to ensure exceptional customer service by providing accurate estimates, recommending necessary repairs, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process.
