John Hubert Farmers Insurance is a full-service agency in Lakewood, Colorado, focused on helping families and individuals protect what matters most. We're adding a Sales Producer to our team a full-time employee role with a base salary, uncapped commission potential, and structured support to help you build a real book of business.
Office Location: 1360 S Wadsworth Blvd, Suite 200, Lakewood, CO 80232
This is a sales-forward role. You'll prospect for new clients, run needs-based conversations, and close policies across personal lines primarily auto and home insurance. If you're motivated by clear goals, want to be rewarded for your results, and are ready to learn the P&C insurance industry from the ground up (or build on experience you already have), this is a strong fit.

An active Colorado P&C license is preferred. If you're not yet licensed, we'll support you through the process before your start date.
