What You'll Do
As a Dealership Trainee, you'll participate in a structured, hands-on development program designed to prepare you for leadership roles within the Hunter Truck dealership network. You will:
What You Bring
Education & Experience: College degree preferred, or 2 years of work experience in the heavy-duty truck or related industry. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications; basic truck knowledge; ability to type.
Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret business and technical materials, write reports and correspondence, and present effectively to managers, clients, and customers.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license required, must meet company insurability standards. CDL required and Vehicle Sales License if required in your state (both can be obtained upon hire).
Physical Requirements: Frequent walking and driving; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
