Job Summary : Oversee all aspects of Corporate HR operations, driving process improvement and consistency across the organization while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role bridges HR strategy and day-to-day execution, managing compliance, employee data, and policy administration. The position works closely with HR functions such as recruitment, performance, training, and facility operations to support overall business goals.
Job Duties :
- Serve as the primary HR contact for corporate employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance matters
- Support and conduct employee relations investigations, ensuring fair and timely resolution
- Develop, revise, and maintain corporate HR policies and procedures
- Lead compliance initiatives, including EEO and VET-1 reporting requirements
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance HR operations and employee experience
- Monitor legislative and regulatory updates impacting HR practices and coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence
- Deliver compliance and policy-related training across the organization
- Use data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate HR processes and support decision-making
- Supervise the HR Service Center team to ensure efficient and accurate employee data management and processing
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years in an HR leadership or corporate HR roleStrong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levelsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgmentHR certification preferred
