Samenvatting “Zonder ons wordt winkelen een chaos.” Laten we direct eerlijk zijn: Wij zijn die van Lidl. Die winkel waar praktisch iedereen zijn boodschappen doet. En ja, werken bij ons kan pittig zijn, dat gaan we niet ontkennen. Maar we zouden onze job voor geen geld van de wereld willen ruilen. Bij Lidl werken is niet zomaar een job. Jij denkt nu: yeah right, dat zeggen ze allemaal. Maar niemand die dat beter weet dan wij, de mensen die de job écht doen. Lidl is een plek waar je hard werkt, maar ook heel wat van terugkrijgt. Hier draait het niet alleen om profit en cijfers, maar vooral om de mensen. “Bij Lidl ben je geen nummer, je kan rekenen op elkaar.” Die werksfeer en teamspirit is wat ons elke dag weer motiveert.Dat kan tellen. Wat ga je doen? Assistant store manager, da’s de rechterhand van de store manager zijn en eigenlijk nog veel meer van het hele team. \'Ik run de winkel alsof het mijn eigen zaak is\', vertelt een collega. Je zult merken dat geen enkele dag dezelfde is: de dagelijkse planning, de rekken vullen, het team motiveren … Maar een winkel laten draaien is niet zo makkelijk als de meeste mensen denken. Als wij ons werk niet goed doen, dan merken onze klanten dat meteen. Zonder ons wordt winkelen een chaos. Het mooiste is om klanten dan met een glimlach de winkel te zien buiten gaan. Wie ben jij? Bij ons is er geen plaats voor ego’s. We werken keihard samen. Maar dat wil dus ook zeggen dat je van aanpakken moet weten en een sterk staaltje doorzettingsvermogen nodig hebt. De mouwen opstropen en het beste uit jezelf én je team halen, dat is eigenlijk de job in het kort. Klinkt goed toch?! Wat krijg jij van ons? Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur, want we willen je vast in ons team! Een mooi vast maandloon hoort erbij, en dat is de moeite. Met kinderen thuis is dat voor veel collega’s toch wel handig. Maar zeker ook voor collega’s die zichzelf graag in de watten leggen. Maar het gaat verder dan dat: bovenop je brutoloon geniet je van een waaier aan premies en extralegale voordelen. Je krijgt ook 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen en extra ADV-dagen want er is meer in het leven dan werken. Daar komen ook extra anciënniteitsdagen bij. Onze planning ontvang je drie weken op voorhand zodat je privéleven ook netjes geregeld is. De mogelijkheid om impact te maken bij een duurzame retailer. Dat kan tellen. En niet te vergeten: onze opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
