Freight Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing international freight movements efficiently and seamlessly. As the primary liaison, the Supervisor engages with suppliers, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), and internal stakeholders, addressing all global freight-related matters. This role requires proactive follow-up with internal teams on purchase order validation and close oversight of global shipment movements, as well as making critical decisions to resolve operational challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner. Additionally, the Supervisor plays a key role in process transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing shipment workflows and enhancing global freight performance.

What You'll Be Doing?

Supplier Management

• Guide suppliers through the required processes, ensuring accurate documentation for shipment arrangements.
• Validate POs meticulously; liaise with both suppliers and internal teams to address any validation discrepancies.
• Work closely with suppliers to guarantee cargo preparedness for effective shipment consolidation.

Educational Requirements : Minimum Associate Degree and above

Work Experience : Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Hourly Pay Range $24.45-$36.60
