Strategic Improvement Specialist will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and driving business transformation. Reporting to the continuous improvement manager, will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to address complex challenges and deliver actionable solutions. Job Duties And Responsibilities Collaborate with the Internal Consulting Team Lead to support the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across the organization. Conduct in-depth analysis and research to understand business problems, market trends, and best practices, providing valuable insights to inform decision‑making. Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Assist in developing data‑driven recommendations and solutions to address business challenges, leveraging analytical tools and methodologies as needed. Support the implementation of recommended solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive change and achieve desired outcomes. Prepare clear and concise documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations, to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to key stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in consulting and related fields, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and knowledge sharing. Skills And Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in SQL, Power Bi, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other analytical tools/software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Two to three years experience in an Analytical or Supply Chain environment.
