A fast growing investment management platform is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly on high impact transformation initiatives, automation projects, and strategic financial analysis while partnering closely with senior finance leadership. Job Description: Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long range financial planning processes Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and business planning Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and risks Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary Develop dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership reporting Track KPIs and provide insights to support performance management and cost optimization Partner cross functionally to gather inputs, validate financial data, and ensure reporting accuracy Assist with process automation, systems enhancements, and reporting transformation initiatives Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from finance leadership Requirements / Qualifications: 2+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within financial services or asset management Strong technical expertise in Python, Tableau, AI driven tools, and financial systems implementations Proven financial modeling, forecasting, and dashboard development experienceExperience driving process improvement and automation initiatives across finance functions Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced, data driven environment Must be able to work onsite in NYC 3 days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
