Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Compliance Data Analyst will support compliance monitoring, investment guideline management, and data readiness across investment management platforms, ensuring accurate and timely data for regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Partner with compliance teams to identify data requirements for investment guideline monitoring and regulatory oversight Analyze and validate data used within compliance and investment management platforms Investigate and resolve data quality issues impacting compliance monitoring Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in investment management, asset management, compliance operations, or financial services Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data governance Strong understanding of investment data and operational workflows Experience supporting compliance programs and regulatory reporting requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
