The House Supervisor oversees the daily operations/flow of the house. They report up to management and senior leaders. They are the first line of contact for any incidents within the facility. The House Supervisor, in collaboration with the attending physician and the health care team, supports and cares for patients in all areas of the critical access hospital. This position supervises nursing staff when a manager/director is not present.
Work Schedule:
Required Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Wisconsin
Current BLS Certification within 3 months of hire
Neonatal life support (NRP) certification
TNCC Certification within six months of hire
ACLS Certification
PALS or ENPC Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Baccalaureate Degree (BAN/BSN Preferred).
