Position Summary: Operates the call attendant- Cisco Phone System, handles patient, physician and all other incoming calls to McLaren Lapeer Region. Monitors the alarms and answers the emergency phone lines in the Communications area. Uses various Communication platforms to notify physicians and staff members as needed. Answers calls for MHG satellites (Hospice, Home Care and Infusion) after hours. Processes and delivers all forms and central copy jobs, as needed for departments. Performs central copy and mailroom functions. Delivers mail, test results, medical records and informational data to all departments. Delivers and exchanges patient telephones and other communication equipment as needed for departments. Assists with various communication and other department projects. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
