FORUM Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Home Equity Specialist to support our Mortgage Operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional member experience by managing the processing, closing, and funding of Home Equity loans and lines.
The Home Equity Specialist is responsible for maintaining knowledge of all second mortgage products while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely loan processing from application through funding. You'll work closely with members and internal teams to keep loans moving efficiently and provide clear, professional communication throughout the process.
This position is onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Fishers, Indiana.
