Job Description:
Are you a motivated Dental Hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact in a caring environment? Do you want to work with the latest technology and cutting-edge dentistry? Our private family practice is looking for a motivated Dental Hygienist to join our caring, flexible office! The ideal candidate should have competent clinical hygiene skills and interact with patients and staff in a professional and kind manner. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge dental technology and contribute to a team that values growth, collaboration, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, x-rays, intraoral photos, and co-diagnosing.
60-minute appts for prophies and 90-minute appts for SRP.
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Licensed dental hygienist
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
Registered Dental Hygienist License/Certification
Proven experience as a dental hygienist but willing to train new hygienists.
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable

Pay: Starting salary negotiable based on experience.
Offering a Bonus of $1,000 after the first 6 months on the job.
Our patient hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, and Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Off Fridays and no weekends! Flexible on days worked. We ask that assistants arrive 30 minutes prior to patient care hours.
