SUPERVISOR, CONCESSIONS (FULL TIME)

Location: CALIFORNIA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY SUPERVISOR, CONCESSIONS (FULL TIME) Address : Concessions at Cal Poly 1 GRAND AVE. BLDG. 19, San Luis Obispo, CA 93407 Schedule : Full Time; Shifts vary with needs of business, more details in interview! Requirement : Prior food service, concessions and/or cashiering experience; Supervisory or Team Lead experience is preferred. Fixed Pay Rate : $25.00 per hour. Job Summary Summary : Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. Greets, directs, and responds to guests’ questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of one year leadership experience.
