This is a high-energy sales-driven role with operational responsibilitiesnot a traditional front desk position.

What to Expect Day-to-Day

This role is primarily focused on patient consultations and sales but it also requires excellenttime managementandcollaborationto keep the front desk and office flow running seamlessly.

What Youll Do:

• Own the Room:Welcome and connect with patients the moment they walk in bringing infectious positive energy.

• Drive the Consultation:Lead consultations and explain treatment benefits clearly tailoring your approach to each unique patient.

• Present Pricing Confidently:Present financial and payment options with transparency and conviction.

• Overcome Hurdles:Handle objections withresilienceand empathy helping patients feel comfortable saying YES.

• Manage the Flow:Maintainorganized scheduling showingagilitywhen the day getsfast-paced.

• Partner for Success:Practice excellentteamwork collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff to deliver a seamless experience.
