Managing a portfolio of affiliate programs for financial services clients, the full-time Affiliate Manager - Financial Services will develop strategies, oversee account operations, and maintain client relationships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals Lead recruitment, activation, and compliance efforts while strengthening relationships with affiliates to enhance program performance Required qualifications 3-4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required Knowledge and experience with Affiliate Networks such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact Experience working with financial services clients and compliance matters Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce forecasts and set budgets for affiliate programs Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively in client meetings
