We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to manage and execute dishes at our Brûlée Station. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, hardworking, and experienced in high-volume kitchen environments. This role requires precision, consistency, and a commitment to food safety and quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute Brûlée dishes and other assigned menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Properly torch and finish Brûlée items with attention to consistency and quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with ServSafe standards
Assist with prep work, inventory control, and station setup/breakdown
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Uphold company standards for food quality, safety, and professionalism
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen
ServSafe Certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Dependable, hardworking, and committed to excellence
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working near open flame and hot surfaces
