Our client in MS needs assistance with Gastroenterology locum tenens coverage.

Here are some of the details.

Location: 90 min. from Jackson, MS.

Facility: hospital;215 bed facility; 15 beds in department.

Practice Setting: Traditional- EMR- EPIC.

Schedule: Call Only

Practice Details: level 3 trauma rating, patients per day vary. Stroke certified.

Required Procedures: Upper GI Endoscopy (w/ biopsy, w/ foreign body removal, w/ fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser, with injection of varices, Esophageal dilation). NO ERCP or EUS

Certifications: Active license in MS, Board Certified, ACLS, and BLS-REQUIRED.
