The Transportation Supervisor effectively coordinates the dedicated fleet by maximizing driver and equipment utilization while exceeding customer expectations through the direction of dispatch operations and all related reporting requirements to the customer and higher management.

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $54,522.00 - 72,696.00. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 8%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
