Educational Alliance, a 130-year-old settlement house serving Lower Manhattan, seeks an Associate Director of Workforce Development to support the Lower East Side Employment Network (LESEN) at the Manny Cantor Center.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's in workforce development, education, public administration, human services, or related field (master's preferred); 35 years in workforce development or program/partnership management; data-management experience; strong facilitation and project-management skills; some evenings/weekends.
Salary: $75,000$80,000.
