Job description We are looking to hire a full time maintenance director for our skilled nursing facility. Ideal candidate Professional attitude and appearance, Knowledge of hand tools, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, fire systems, hvac, Will be a hands on Manager Ability to manage staff, budget and vendors Experience in the Long Term Care setting is a plus Experience with DPH survey, Life Safety, emergency management.
