Job Summary
Upscale Home Care, a leading provider of compassionate care for veterans and seniors, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a fundamental member of our care team, you will play a vital role in empowering our clients to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering high-quality, personalized care that exceeds our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household management
Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of clients, while fostering a positive and supportive care environment
Develop and implement customized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
Maintain accurate records of client care, including documentation of services provided and any notable changes or concerns
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
About the Role
As an Upscale Home Care Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $$16 - $18 HOURLY and the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including part-time and full-time positions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of others
