Travel PT Home Health jobs in Albemarle, North Carolina let you provide care to geriatric and pediatric patients with chronic disease management needs. Shift 8hr Day Shift - 40 Shift Information 8:30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) On Call, Call Back Requirements No call Weekend Rotation None Holiday Requirements No major holidays Floating Requirements Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy and cities in between You’ll complete 6 visits a day, traveling throughout Albemarle, Badin, Harrisburg, Mt Gilead, Norwood, Troy, and nearby cities, averaging 60-80 miles daily. The role requires at least 1 year of home health experience, state licensure, OASIS-E experience, and proficiency with Homecare Homebase EMR.
