To support a dynamic mortgage production team, the full-time remote Kansas Licensed Mortgage Associate will manage workflow, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely closings while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. Key responsibilities Welcome Realtors and Clients, managing communication to expedite the mortgage process Monitor workflow and ensure compliance with mortgage lending laws and timely closings Request and follow up on documentation, performing basic income calculations as needed Required qualifications Kansas Mortgage Associate License (NMLS preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in computer systems and technology, with CRM/Salesforce experience a plus Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor Ability to follow up with multiple prospects daily
