To support a growing data team, the remote Senior Healthcare Analytics Consultant will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms, focusing on healthcare data management and compliance while leveraging advanced SQL skills. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain stored procedures, views, and queries using modern data tools like Snowflake Build and optimize data models to support analytics, reporting, and downstream applications Collaborate with stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into technical solutions and ensure data quality and compliance Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in data engineering, data development, or data analytics Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Informatica, or Azure Data Factory Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and complex joins Understanding of data warehousing concepts like star schema and dimensional modeling Experience with data visualizations and model setup in environments like Power BI or Excel
