To support enterprise clients in optimizing contract operations, the part-time Independent Contractor will serve as a Commercial Contracts Consultant, leading discovery sessions, translating client requirements into structured guidelines, and ensuring quality standards are met in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand contract review objectives and operational workflows Translate client requirements into structured annotation guidelines, review playbooks, and operating procedures Establish quality assurance processes and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent execution Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting, contract management, or legal operations Hands-on experience creating contract playbooks, clause libraries, or review guidelines Experience leading client discovery workshops and gathering requirements from enterprise stakeholders Proven ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into clear written guidance Experience developing training materials or certification programs
