The Caregiver provides compassionate, dependable, person-centered support to clients in their homes and communities. This role assists with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, homemaking, and safety support based on each client's individualized care plan. The ideal caregiver is patient, reliable, respectful, and committed to helping others maintain independence and quality of life. A compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to care. A genuine interest in helping people live safely and independently at home. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and families. Reliability, punctuality, and follow-through. Ability to work independently while staying connected to the broader care team. Comfort assisting with personal care and daily living needs. Ability to lift, transfer, turn, or reposition clients as required by the care plan. Authorized to work in the United States. Prior caregiving, home care, PCA, CNA, DSP, or direct support experience preferred, but not always required.
