  • Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license or compact equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently
